Who we are and what this covers
Impact 11, LLC, together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and successors ("we"), does business under several names, including Impact 11, Tipline and Meet Esther, and may add or acquire others. The lists in this policy are examples, not limits.

We may combine, match, verify, enrich and update information from all of these sources and across all of our Services, including by matching records that relate to the same person, business, account or device.
Our Services are meant for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
How we use it
We use information to run, offer and grow our business, including, without limitation, to:
- Provide, operate and improve our Services.
- Create, maintain and sell business intelligence products, such as professional profiles, directories, relationship maps, audience segments, scores, recommendations, alerts, reports and data feeds, that help customers identify, understand and engage potential business contacts.
- Use automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to organize, summarize, classify, match, enrich and analyze information, generate content and recommendations, and run automated workflows.
- Develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate and improve AI models, algorithms and automated systems, our own and our providers', subject to our agreements with customers.
- Communicate with you, and with businesses that may be interested in our Services, by any channel, including through automated systems and AI agents.
- Research, analyze and understand markets, audiences and how our Services are used.
- Market and advertise, including on other websites and platforms.
- Keep our Services and others secure, and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
- Comply with the law, enforce our terms and agreements, and protect our rights and those of others.
- Any other purpose we describe when we collect the information, or that is compatible with these purposes.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information. Where it is not personal information under applicable law, we may use and share it for any lawful purpose.
Who we share it with
We share information with these kinds of recipients, without limitation:
- Service providers that work for us, including providers of hosting, cloud storage and databases, data processing and enrichment, customer relationship management, email and messaging, analytics, tracking and visitor identification, advertising, artificial intelligence and machine learning, payments and security.
- Customers and business partners, as part of the Services we provide to them, through subscriptions, reports, alerts, exports, integrations, APIs or other delivery methods. Where they decide their own purposes for that information, they act as independent controllers, and their own privacy notices and applicable law govern their use.
- Advertising, analytics and social media partners, which may collect information through our Services using their own technologies.
- Our affiliates, and any investor, buyer or successor in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or bankruptcy.
- Professional advisers, authorities and others, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and property.
- Anyone else, with your consent or at your direction.
Cookies and your choices
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits and similar technologies in our Services.
- Where the law requires consent, such as in the EU, the UK and Switzerland, we ask before using non-essential technologies.
- Elsewhere, they may run by default. You can change your choices through the Cookie settings link on our websites.
- Your browser and device let you block or delete cookies. Some features may then not work.
Technologies needed to run and secure our Services always run.
Retention, transfers and security
- Retention. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, considering things like service delivery, ongoing business relationships, legal obligations, disputes and security. After that, we delete it or de-identify it.
- Transfers. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and in any other country.
- Security. We use reasonable measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee it.
Information we handle for our customers
Where we process personal information solely on a customer's behalf and instructions, our agreement with that customer governs that processing, and the customer's privacy notice generally applies. Where we decide the purposes and means of processing ourselves, this policy applies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or limit how we use it, or to stop marketing to you. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To make a request, email privacy@impact11.com. Where permitted or required, we may need to confirm your identity first. We respond as the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy at any time and for any reason, including to cover new business names, Services or practices. Changes take effect when we post them, and the date at the top shows the latest version. We may not notify you individually. Where the law requires notice or consent for a change, we provide it before the change takes effect.
